Sponsorisé par le "SP IOTA Club" (SP-IOTA-C), ce diplôme est ouvert aux radioamateurs et SWLs.
Il n' y a pas de restriction sur la date, les bandes, ou les modes d'émissions, (pas de contact par relais).
Les QSL sont nécessaires. Elles doivent mentionner la référence SPIA. Une liste récapitulative doit également être fournie.
Diplôme de base :
EU stations - 10 îles
DX stations - 5 îles
Des endossement sont possibles par groupe de 5 îles.
